What made Kanth launch BEPEC and how it is impacting the lives of professionals?

1) How did you get your idea for this business?
An idea for a business always comes through the personal situation we have experienced and I faced it when I completed my BTech and was wandering here and there for a suitable job.
Even my close relatives were reluctant to hire me because they thought a certificate wasn’t enough for me to perform that job which I later realised was very much true by the guidance of my aunt.
She suggested me to have a portfolio which I could show the companies in order to hire me. But after building a strong portfolio I realized this is the problem almost every graduate faces. That is when I thought of helping other people who are job-ready with robust skills through my company BEPEC Solutions.
2) Why is “now” a good time for this idea to exist?
Still, there is a gap between what students are being taught at institutions and what they actually need to be doing in the company. I strongly believe BEPEC is needed to fill that gap and we made more than 3000+ career transitions and still counting. BEPEC follows different training methodology which purely bake right job ready candidates to the companies.
3) What was the reaction from your family when you first decided to become an entrepreneur?
Literally a big “NO”, because I came from middle class family and job is pretty important to serve my daily & monthly needs. Lot of reasons as not having capital, lacking confidence if the business would run or not and other family problems. But what I had was the confidence on myself and my idea which made me push even to the higher limits and now run the successful BEPEC Solutions.
4) What was your biggest mistake in business and what did you learn from it?
While in the initial days of my business I focused more on regular content what other people are doing now in the market. But within just a few days I realised what matters most is completing a course or landing a job? That is when I majorly started focusing more on career transitions than more learners.
5) What is your biggest obstacle in the next 12 months and how will you overcome it?
My greatest obstacle for the next 12months is to create pretty great job-ready talent with unmatchable skills when compared to other learners outside.
We designed best live projects, best light board sessions to match what companies are looking for in 2021. We made our learners’ portfolio even more strong with our live projects.
6) What habits contribute to your success?
I now focus more on building unmatchable portfolio to my customers and help them achieve on what they trusted us. I’m very glad they put their trust one me. Besides this I believe my learners hard work and effort made career transitions and career transitions made us successful.
7) If you had the opportunity to start this business again what would you do differently?
Everything is perfect as of now. If any new ideas pass through my mind, I analyse it and implement it right away if it feels value adding to my customers portfolio.
8) What is your favourite inspirational quote?
Be the smartest and hardest worker in the room. It’s definitely not possible in every situation but being with the smarter people raises the bar high for me to reach that level.
9) Where do you find inspiration?
I find inspiration from someone who is more successful and greater than me. It makes me want to be in competition with them.
10) What is your favourite book?
One book that inspired me is Legacy by James Karr which made me realize that a person should be remembered for the footsteps they have left behind. The person may vanish but their thoughts and words should remain for eternity.
11) What advice would you give to someone starting out?
If things are not doing well, the problem is with the product. In that situation, one needs to fix the product rather than giving up on the dream they’ve had.
The crux of entrepreneurship lies in solving customer pain points. Kanth realized that there was a huge gap between what we study in college and what employers actually look for. Through BEPEC, he successfully bridged this gap. BEPEC has now transformed over 2000 professionals into the field of Data Science & Artificial Intelligence and helped them find jobs in top MNCs across the globe.
